Boil Water Notice
Phoenix Lake Estates CC MWC • Issued: August 22, 2025
Advisory applies to: entire system.
What happened
On August 22, 2025, a major leak on Camino del Parque Court caused low water pressure and outages across the Estates. As a precaution, residents must boil tap water before drinking or cooking until testing confirms the water is safe. We anticipate resolving the problem within approximately one week.
Sampling: Water samples are being taken from multiple locations across the Estates. Results are expected in about a week.
Source: Official utility notice provided by Rayanne.
What you need to do
Do not drink the water without boiling it first.
Bring water to a rolling boil for one (1) minute. Let cool before using.
Use boiled or bottled water for drinking, brushing teeth, and food preparation until further notice.
Boiling kills bacteria and other organisms in the water.
